Cato-Tech A/S was founded in November 2010 by Ole Lind Rasmussen and Lars Kuhlmann Jensen with the goal of supplying high-quality electric heating solutions for the European railway industry.
The founding team brought together deep industry experience: Ole Lind Rasmussen as an experienced supplier for railway companies, and Lars Kuhlmann Jensen with technological expertise in developing robust heating elements for extreme environments – such as offshore wind farms in Arctic regions.
In 2012, Charlotte Madsen joined as a co-partner, strengthening the company with her expertise in start-up management, finance, and administration.
